Delicious, I was craving soup because it was raining, but I liked it better because it was spicy tonkotsu ramen. I deducted one star because the staff are not friendly.

다른 라멘집들처럼 조금 어둡고 좁은 실내 구성입니다. 메뉴는 돈코츠라멘, 비빔면, 덮밥 세종류로 간단합니다. 매장에 토목공학 관련 서적이 많은데 토목공학이다 보니.... 사연이 있어보입니다. 맛은 딱히 표현할 것 없이 그냥 맛있는 편입니다. 간도 적당하고 차슈도 부드럽습니다. 특이한점으로는 면이 다른 일본 라멘집보다 더 얇아서 약간 불은 면을 좋아하는 제 기준으로는 면을 부드럽게 요청해서 먹는게 더 나았습니다.
It's a bit dark and narrow inside like other ramen restaurants. The menu is simple with three types: Tonkotsu Ramen, Bibimbap, and Rice Bowl. There are many books on civil engineering in the store, but since it is civil engineering, there seems to be a story. The taste is nothing special, it's just delicious. The seasoning is just right and the chashu is soft. The unique thing is that the noodles are thinner than other Japanese ramen places, so it was better to ask for the noodles softly and eat them from my standards, which I like slightly fried noodles.

부평에서 부천으로 혼자살게 되어 부평구청에 있는 교레x 라멘이 생각나 그만한 라멘집이 집 주변에 있을까 싶어 검색하다 알게된 잇쇼니 라멘 가봐야지 가봐야지 하며 오늘 처음 방문했습니다. 문을 열고 들어 가자마자 앞에서 한분이 제면기로 면을 뽑고 계시더라구요 ㅎㅎ 여긴 맛이 없을 수가 없는 집이다란 생각이 들고 시오이 라멘을 시켰는데 비쥬얼은 여타 라멘집과 차이가 나지 않았지만, 맛은 ㅎㅎ 최고입니다 일본에 가본건 아니지만 일본에서 먹는 라멘이 여기있구나 하는 경험을 하게 한 가게였습니다
I came to live alone from Bupyeong to Bucheon, so I remembered Gyore x Ramen in Bupyeong-gu Office. I was looking for a good ramen shop near my house. I came across Isshoni Ramen. As soon as I opened the door and walked in, there was a person in front of me making noodles with a noodle making machine. I thought that this was a house that could not be without taste, so I ordered Shioi Ramen. The visual is not different from other ramen places, but the taste is the best. I have not been to Japan, but it made me feel that the ramen I eat in Japan is here. it was a shop

가게 입구부터 붓으로 그린 간판(?)을 보고 범상치 않음을 느꼈다. 들어가니 처음 보이는 것은 자가제면 기계와 밀가루 포대. 가게 문앞에 대놓고 있어 살짝 당황했지만 면은 최소 평균 이상이겠거니 하고 넘어갔다. 다찌는 없고 테이블 여섯 일곱개 정도 있다. 서빙만 하시는 분이 따로 있는데 큐알코드를 찍고 주문을 받는다. 마제멘과 돈부리도 있었는데 다음에 도전해보고 오늘은 시로이멘을 주문했다. 벽면에 주문 안내가 있는데 면의 익힘과 스프의 진함 정도를 알려주면 조절 가능하다고 친절하게 쓰여있다. 먹기전 외형으로는 크게 기대를 안했었는데 생각보다 맛있었다. 잘 뽑아낸 자가제면에 스프가 결코 가볍지 않고 묵직함이 있었다. 다른 리뷰 사진으로 봤을때 뽀얀 국물 색깔이 공산품 스프일거라 생각했는데 아니었다. 특히 챠슈가 부들부들하고 겉면에 마법의 가루를 뿌리셨는지 기분좋은 은은한 단맛이 느껴졌다. 다른 토핑들은 평범했다. 부천에서 돈코츠 라멘의 정석을 찾는다면 추천하고 싶다.
When I saw the signboard (?) drawn with a brush from the entrance of the store, I felt it was unusual. When you enter, the first thing you see is a homemade noodle machine and a flour bag. I was a little embarrassed because it was right at the door of the store, but I thought the noodles would be at least average and moved on. There are no dajjis, and there are about six or seven tables. There is a person who only serves, but they scan the QR code and take the order. Mazemen and Donburi were also available, but I will try next time and order Shiroimen today. There is an order guide on the wall, and it is kindly written that it can be adjusted if you tell us how thick the noodles are and how thick the soup is. I didn't expect much from the appearance before eating, but it was delicious. The soup was not light at all, and the soup was heavy with the well-made homemade noodles. Looking at the photos in other reviews, I thought the clear soup color would be industrial soup, but it wasn't. In particular, the chashu was soft and the magic powder was sprinkled on the surface, so it had a pleasant subtle sweetness. Other toppings were mediocre. I would recommend it if you are looking for the classic tonkotsu ramen in Bucheon.

웨이팅 있으나 회전이 빠르고 직원분들 다 친절하십니다. 맛에 비해 가격이 너무 싼게 아닌가? 할 정도로 괜찮았어요. 자주 방문할 예정입니다.
There is a wait, but the turnover is fast and the staff are all friendly. Isn't the price too cheap for the taste? It was good enough to do. I will be visiting often.

A real gem in this neck of the woods. I was visiting to drop off a colleague from work and ate here on his recommendation (the meal was on him). Wasn't expecting much but pleasantly surprised that 1. the tonkotsu broth was simmered on the premise and 2. the noodles are made from scratch and pulled every day, also on the premise. Rich and flavorful tonkotsu broth, perfect ajitsuke tamago (the runny ramen eggs) and the cha shu, full of smoky grilled goodness had the perfect fat-meat ratio to melt in the mouth. Appreciated how every table had a tub of fresh garlic and a garlic press to add some fresh garlicky flavor to the soup. We also ordered the shrimp tempura which went very well with the very reasonably-priced draft beer (2,000KRW/300ml). A hole in the wall establishment but bustling with locals nonetheless on a weekday evening. Would certainly visit again if I'm in the area.
