Just come in sit down and order.
They only have 2 menu items sujaebe and kimbap. They are also super fast and the place fills up. They are closed on sundays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Little charm on the small alley way in Shincheon area. Next to Hyundai department store. This restaurant used to be at the other side of the street. Only two menu items Sujaebi and gimbap. Thick beef bone brooth with hand cut sujaebi. It is only 4000 won and if you are a guy they will usually give you more for free. Gimbap is okay at 2000won.

This place has been around FOREVER serving up bowl after bowl of steaming hot tradition Korean sujaybee.
Sujaybee (수제비)
Is a rustic, simple, and DELICIOUS soup filled with hand ripped pieces of dough. It's similar to a flat noodle or the skin of a dumpling. The broth thickens from the dough as well as from potatoes they boil in the pot. The soup warms you up in winter and sticks to your ribs.
Extra Tips/Facts
1. There is a red pepper paste and pepper you can add if you want alil spice.
2. Because the grandma cooks are old school they may serve a little smaller portion to females. It really isn't that noticeable because it already a huge bowl.
3. The price is ￦4,000 which is a VERY GOOD DEAL for the portion. Also despite its growing popularity and move to a bigger location the price has not changed.
4. The only other thing they serve is kimbap. It's a very simple Korean version with just a few vegetables.
5. No soda or fancy drinks just water which is self serve. Also they do take cards now.
Last tips is sometimes the taste does change. I find depending on the time you go the broth can be alil different. I think this is due to how long it has been boiling.
