The first time, they failed to inform me of what I needed to do before the service, so they could not provide treatment when I arrived. The second time, I booked 4 services. They did not honor my reservation. I waited an hour to be served and only got 2/4 of the treatments. They were not apologetic about their errors.

I've never had any trouble there and they've always been very nice to me. They are quick to respond and help with any arrangements. Their services are great and fairly priced. I am always happy to recommend Shine Beam to my friends.

That's just unheard of in the states. While there is no translator here, you can definitely get by without speaking korean.
