★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found renovo just though a google search. From the moment I emailed just for a basic inquiry to getting my treatment done, I was given attentive and thorough care. They addressed all my questions through email and even did the consultation thru email (after sending pics) and giving a price estimate. The process was smooth and the answers were always detailed and kind. I was nervous but they did everything they could to calm nerves (even gave a teddy to hold on to). The doctor is very knowledgeable of course and gives the right recommendation for what you’re looking for. I think coming here is worth the investment because of the service you get, skill, friendly greeting as soon as you walk in,overall state of the art clinic and great results. There was a mix of foreigners and locals. I’m really happy and the attendant who helped me with translations (Michelle) was absolutely kind and helpful with explaining everything. My experience from start to finish was excellent! Thank you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone at Renovo Clinic is amazing! I have an extremely tight budget, but they worked with me so that I was still able to get procedures done. Before deciding on procedures, we always discuss what to expect and most importantly whether or not a certain procedure is right for you. For example, on my first visit I had scheduled to have the super expensive Venus Viva laser procedure. However, after consultating with both the translator and doctor we decided a different procedure called Microcell would be best for my particular case of acne scarring. And! This procedure was much much cheaper! This shows they are not out to get your money; they really care about you and want you to get the results you long for. Both translators I have worked with, the estheticians, the doctor, desk staff, they are all super warm, friendly, and amazing. I love Renovo clinic and definitely recommend it to anyone looking to have cosmetic procedures done in Seoul. I am already seeing improvements in my acne scarring~ so exciting~ ♥??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100% would recommend ? the service at this clinic is remarkable. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with (under-the-mask) friendly smiles. I had been in contact with the lovely Michelle, who is the English-speaking lady at the clinic. She translated EVERYTHING from my interaction with the doctor and the estheticians. She is so friendly, listens to your problems and what you and your skin need. I’ve had lots of places try and force expensive treatments on me, even after explaining my condition, just to make money. But as soon as I walked through Renovo’s doors, I felt so comfortable and understood.
Not only did I get the most soothing facial treatment, with kindness, but I now feel more confident that my journey to healing my skin and my deep underlying problems, is actually on the right path now. I was also prescribed antibiotics and other medication for my problem, in order to tackle the real issue from within, and not just in a surface level.
I would definitely recommend this Renovo clinic. And if you’re an English-speaker, you don’t have anything to worry about. They have a lovely team of professionals and you will be taken care of ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely loved the treatment I received at this clinic. They have translation service to make the experience very comfortable and they make sure to answer every question you may have. Everyone was extremely respectful and very professional. I hope I can come back in the future to receive more treatments. The doctor was very attentive and listened to all my skin concerns. Technology seems very advanced and I really appreciated all the care I received. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience ~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at Renovo especially with Michelle who speaks English. She had lots of patience with all of my questions. I have never had laser done where there is no downtime or redness when getting back home in the USA. I got the clear laser for my melasma and sun damage skin pigmentation. It's already day 5 and I can see a difference already being lighter and I didn't experience any pain or redness. I am definitely coming back for more treatment when quarantine lifts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going to Renovo for the past 3 months for body fat dissolving injections and the body slimming laser. I contacted them through FB and their communication was so fast and easy and they answered all of my questions before even coming to the clinic.
The staff themselves are so friendly and the English speaking attendant was super helpful and kind throughout every appointment. Can't recommend them enough!!
As for my results - my belly pouch has slimmed down quite a bit! Will do a couple more sessions, but I'm pretty happy with the results so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've struggled with pigmentation spots and large pores for most of my adult life so I decided to email Renovo.... Von, the one I was emailing with was awesome. They replied very fast and was detailed at all times. The lady that helped me at the clinic (I think her name was Michelle) was very helpful in recommending the best treatment for my case and she translated everything for me. On top of that, I can already see my pores look smaller. I will be coming back for sure. Very professional and friendly.
