들깨된장정식2인분에 강된장정식으로 주문
강된장 넣고 비벼먹게 나왔는데.. 강된장이 쫌 다르다 짜지않고 연해서 강된장 같지가 않다.
들깨된장도 건강식이긴 한데.. 맛이 익숙지 않아 맛있다고 표현 할 수가 없었고 뭔가 많이 허전하여 간장수육을 추가로 주문했는데
수육이 너무 퍽퍽하고 사진처럼 수육같지않고 나무잎같다 ㅎ 야채를 간장초저림 식으로 담근게 나왔는데 의외로 이것은 맛있다 향도, 간장의 맛도 적절히 배여 고기 싸먹기엔 딱인듯…
문제는 고기다 너무 퍽퍽하니
고기맛은 없고 초간장 맛이다
이런 수육은 처음 만났다( 그래서 내가 맛을 모르는건지)
결국 몇점 안 나온 고기를 남겼다
주인장 엄청 친절하시고
음식은 깔끔한데 …
맛이 나랑은 안맞는 듯…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 된장과 간장을 직접 만드는 가게라고 합니다. 사장님 친절하시고, 음식들도 정갈하게 나와서 주변 지인과 방문하기에 좋습니다. 특히 김치찌개가 맛이 독특해요. 다음엔 다른 메뉴로 한번 먹어보고 싶을 정도로 만족하고 갑니다. 헤이리마을 내에 위치하고 있어 인근 주차장에 주차하고 도보로 이동하시면 됩니다.
