★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 백숙은 능이버섯을 써서 시원한 국물이 별미입니다. 토종닭도 맛있습니다. 반찬은 삼삼한 편. 추천합니다. 다만 백숙같은 경우 최소 1시간 전에 예약하고 가셔야 합니다. 닭요리는 원래 조리하는데 시간이 오래 걸립니다. 요새는 워낙에 어린닭만 먹고 있으니 잊고 있는 사람들이 많죠.
Baeksuk uses neungi mushrooms, so the cool soup is a delicacy. Local chicken is also delicious. The side dish is very thin. I recommend it. However, in the case of Baeksuk, you must make a reservation at least 1 hour in advance. Chicken dishes take a long time to cook. The fortress is eating only young chicken, so many people forget it.
