★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having decided to forgo the Hotel experience, we were not very sure how the stay at SLA would turn out. However, as soon as we arrived, we decided to extend our stay in the Apartment since the helpful and kind team at SLA immediately made us feel welcomed and at home. Beautiful, well designed rooms at a convenient location, made it easy for us to commute to various locations around. Would definitely recommend it to others and most certainly, will go back again. Thank you so much for your kindness and care - Dennis, Tony, Eugene and the lovely hostess at Speakeasy ! We had a wonderful stay and would love to return soon !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SLA are pretty cool - I like the decor and the facilities were generally pretty good. The staff are super-helpful and friendly - and don't even mind sharing some social beers together. I'd recommend this option for longer stays. Whilst it is a bit removed from some areas, the metro (depending on the line) is about 10 to 15 minutes walk. The eateries in the general area are fantastic and there are some attractions close by. Check it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is very well located and I can go anywhere easily in Seoul. It is easy to go to palaces on foot. There is one convenience store opposite the hotel. Bedroom is big and cozy. Clean bathroom and quiet room. Overall it’s a very perfect choice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed here a couple of times, once with my friends for bridal shower and another time in one of the smaller lofts. For me personally these apartments are quite nice and nicely decorations. Big in size also, we had lots of room to move around and we had a large dining space in our room I was in. Would recommend and will probably stay here in the future. It is not a hotel though, this is catering to more apartment style living, they did not have robes or much in terms of hand creams / soaps etc. (only the basics)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the worse apartment / hotel, I've ever stayed in. The room at check in was dirty, there was dust and hairs everywhere in the room and on the bed. There was various stains and what looked like blood stains on the duvet. I had to insiste before everything was changed and was told the bedding is cleaned from a professional company, which is beside the point. During my stay, the water faucet broke, the wifi stopped a few times, the shower head holder is so old it kept on falling, the water boiler broke and the hot water stopped working. Avoid this place , the actual room looks like a run down version of what you see online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't recommend you staying more than 1 week, here is why:
During check-in very few info are shared (no info on cleaning frequency, paper toilet, towels, etc,).
Then the room I stayed (304) is quite dark with 1 window looking at a brick wall and the lighting is not helping.
The furniture seem to be bought from second hand shop, they don't fit the purpose. The sofa and carpet smells "old".
It is very hot on the mezzanine where the bed is, the AC can do very little.
Only good things are good wifi, big fridge and hot water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5/5 Stay, very comfortable, clean, and stylish. Room was extremely spacious for Seoul (major plus being the fully equipped kitchen). I really loved the Bali inspired furniture decorations-- and the staff here was very helpful throughout my stay here, despite covid cautionary measures(for instance, check in process was automatic). I stayed here with my friends from abroad. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend for young professionals for long term stay.
