★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a fan since first trying the original one in Mokdong a few years back. The owner has a good thing going and is slowly and cautiously expanding. Dependable quality, service ranges from good to awesome, thematically a brilliant restaurant. Was ahead of the pack in the wet aged pork craze and still the best as far as I am concerned.

They don't just offer the superlative samgyupsal, but also the best-in-class side dishes, especially kimchi.
If you are a wine drinker, there is no corkage fee. For beer lovers, this place has nice craft beer offerings.
Unless you have a reservation, be prepared for the long wait, which is totally worth its while. Actually, the restaurant has dedicated the entire 3rd floor to the waiting room, so waiting shouldn't be too much of a problem.
고기와 김치가 JMT일뿐만 아니라 한국에서 보기힘든 삼켭살과 크래프트비어 조합을 즐길 수 있다. 제발 강남에도 분점 좀 내주세요.
