My instinct tells me--and I'd like to rather believe--that it's just poorly managed part-time servers not entirely the owner's fault but it's still quite critical. The receptionist told (I'd say 'embarrassed' but am trying to be objective here) me at my face there's no reservation when our group representative's name is clearly written on the board. She simply ignored her mistake, no apology followed. Still had to wait another ten minutes to be seated, which made me wonder about the point of making reservation. Even when seated, no menu or water were served until I ask for them myself.
