★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1941년에 경부선이 복선화하면서 상류쪽에 복선철교가 건설됨에 따라 칠곡 왜관철교(낙동강구철교)는 인도교로 사용되기 시작하였다. 6·25전쟁 때 폭파된 다리로 호국의 다리라고도 한다.
In 1941, as the Gyeongbu line was double tracked and a double track rail bridge was built on the upstream side, the Chilgok Waegwan Railway Bridge (Nakdong Ganggu Railway Bridge) began to be used as a footbridge. This bridge was blown up during the Korean War and is also known as the bridge of the protectorate.

전쟁의 아픔을 더이상 느낄 수 없어서 조금은 실망
I think it's more meaningful to leave the bridge disconnected than to connect it.
