고기 자체도 좋은 거 쓰시는 것 같고 잡내 하나 없이 잘 삶겨서 아주 맛있었습니다.
뼈에 붙은 살까지 쪽쪽 다 발라먹었네요ㅋ
시래기는 조금 뻐등뻐등해서 푹 삶긴 걸 좋아하는 신랑은 시래기는 덜어내놓고 먹고,
저는 시래기도 원체 좋아해서 고기랑 싸서 잘 먹었어요ㅎㅎ
발라낸 고기에 싸 먹으면 씹는 맛이 있어요.
국물 맛은 처음 한 숟갈 떠먹어봤을 땐 조금 더 진했으면 했는데 따로 주신 다진 마늘이랑 고추를 넣어서 먹으니까 개운하면서 국물 맛도 더 좋아져서 나중엔 밥까지 말아먹고 나왔습니다ㅎ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 가끔 근처 들리면 찾아가는 곳입니다. 양도 괜찮고 다진풋고추랑 마늘로 간을 맞춰서 먹을 수 있는점이 다른 해장국집과 차별점이라 생각해요.
Sometimes it is a place to visit if you can hear it nearby. I think it is different from other hyejangguk house that it is good to transfer, and it is good to eat with chopped green pepper and garlic.
