This is a newly built multi-purpose apartment located in Seocho-dong, Gangnam-gu, with a residential building, office building, and commercial building bent. It is a building that has not been moved in yet and is not active compared to the surrounding area, but it is a building that is proud of the characteristics of Gangnam-gu.

It is located between Gyodae Station and Nambu Bus Terminal Station. There are many convenient facilities, so shopping is convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 남부터미널역이 제일 가깝고, 서초역, 교대역도 걸어갈만 하니 교통은 좋은 편입니다. 주변에 공사장, 카센터, 특히 모텔이 많은데, 점차 주거지역으로 바뀌어 가고 있는 것 같습니다.
남측, 서측 바로 앞에 건물이 들어설 예정이라 좀 민감한 상황인 것 같습니다.
엘리베이터소음은 적으나 층수가 33층으로 높아 대기가 좀 있고,
주차장은 통로주차를 해야만 해서, 주차면을 늘리는 투표를 마침 오늘 진행하고 있습니다. (심야주차구간도 지정)
지하에 이마트 에브리데이는 축복이며, 주변에 근린시설들이 많아 살기도 좋습니다.
Nambu Bus Terminal Station is the closest, and Seocho Station and Gyodae Station are within walking distance, so transportation is good. There are many construction sites, car centers, and especially motels around, but it seems to be gradually turning into a residential area.
The building is scheduled to be built right in front of the south and west sides, so it seems to be a sensitive situation.
Elevator noise is low, but there is a bit of waiting because the number of floors is 33.
The parking lot has to be parked in aisle, so the vote to increase the parking area is going on today. (Late night parking section is also designated)
E-Mart Everyday in the basement is a blessing, and there are many nearby facilities, so it's a good place to live.
