A large-scale apartment complex located in Banpobon-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul. In charge of the entire Banpo Bon-dong. There are several names, but when registered on a resident registration card, the entire apartment is referred to as 'Banpo Apartment', but as the name on the register, the 1st, 2nd and 4th districts are 'Banpo Jugong 1 Complex', and the 3rd district receives a loan from the World Bank. It was built and registered as 'AID Loan House'. For this reason, it can be seen that medium and large equilibria are distributed in the 1st, 2nd and 4th districts, and 22 pyeongs, which are small equilibria, are concentrated in the 3rd district. Unlike other apartment complexes, it is not registered for the entire apartment, but for each apartment building, playground, and security room. The registration of shared facilities for residents, such as security rooms, tennis courts, embankments, etc., is owned by Korea Land and Housing Corporation, the successor of the Korea National Housing Corporation. Banpo Jugong Complex 2 and 3, built 5-6 years later than Banpo Jugong Complex 1, were already reconstructed with Raemian Firstage and Banpo Xi in 2008-09, but Banpo Jugong Complex 1 has not been reconstructed for more than 10 years. Since the site of Banpo Jugong Complex 1 is so huge, it is divided into 4 main districts. Of these, only the three main districts located to the south of Gubanpo Station and facing Banpocheon Stream will be reconstructed separately, and the rest of the main districts will proceed together.
