★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 면.....밀가루 함량이 적지않지만 국내산 메밀을 쓰는 듯한 이집 면은 슴슴하게 별 양념 없이 입 한가득 씹으면 메밀면 매니아들을 만족하게 해주는 풍미가 있다. 면 애호가라면 처음 주문은 물막국수로(양념은 청하면 따라나온다)
육수.... 튀지않고 존재감 미미하지만 동물성재료 없이 채식으로 뽑은 육수는 면을 꾸미는 최고의 무대. 그대로 혹은 참기름 조금....자극적인 걸 좋아하시면 식초와 매실청을 좀 넣어보시라. 겨자는 오바인데 칡냉면 좋아하시면 식초와 겨자로 취향을 맞추실 수 있다.
백김치....백김치 하나로도 이 댁은 대한민국 백김치계를 정복할 맛집이다. 개업초기에는 이 백김치로 배추전을 해주셨는데 이게 또 별미.(지금은 별도 메뉴로 독립)
오리 백숙.....유근피(느릅나무 뿌리) 다린 물로 깔끔한 백숙을 내주시는데 예약이 필요(조리시간이 길어요)
유근피 물....각종 염증에 좋은 물인데 기본으로 나오는 붉은 물이 이것. 체질이나 장복해도 특별한 부작용이 없다고(한방에선 장복시 간 독성이 올 수 있다하나 이 댁 사장님 뵈면 그렇지 않은 듯하다)
면 좋아하시는 분은 강추.
채식요리 한끼 대접하실 분들에게도 강추.
