Samgyeopsal is a really delicious house~ I was so full that I tried to make kimchi stew for one person, but I couldn't eat it because it started with two.

조치원에 오래 살았던 사람들도 잘 모르는 여기 이곳~!
정말 정말 그 전부터 가보고 싶었는데 시간이 허락치 않아서 못갔는데 이번에 드디어 거부장 출석 도장~! 쾅쾅쾅~!!
여기 고기는 다른 삼겹살 집과 다르게 도툼하게 미리 먹기 좋은 사이즈로 잘려서 나온다. 정육식당이어서 그런지 고기도 정말 신선해보이고 고기 색깔이 진홍색을 띄는게 딱 봐도 맛있어 보인다.
겉이 바싹하고 속이 부드러운 겉바속촉 삼겹살 고기 한 점을
입 안에 넣으면 소주 한 잔이 자동적으로 따라오기 마련이다.
아 그리고 안타깝고 아쉬운 것은 메뉴판에 한우암소갈비, 등심, 육회, 차돌박이, 소불고기 등 한우암소 관련 메뉴들이 있는데 더 이상 한우 메뉴는 팔지 않으신다고 하니 참고하시길 바란다.
이 집은 삼겹살 단일 메뉴만 되는 듯...
삼겹살을 배터지게 먹었으면 볶음밥으로 마무리하는 것은 다들 알고 계시죠? 볶음밥까지 깨끗하게 클리어하면....
이게 바로 행복이겠지?? 라는 생각이 든다.
조치원공영버스터미널 바로 옆이니 시간이 되고, 기회가 되고
돈이 있다면 삼겹살에 소주 한잔 어떠신가요???

Even people who have lived in Jochiwon for a long time do not know about this place!
I really, really, really wanted to go before that, but time didn't allow, so I couldn't, but this time I finally got a refusal sign-up stamp~! Bang bang bang!!
Unlike other pork belly restaurants, the meat here is thick and cut into bite-sized pieces. Because it's a butcher's restaurant, the meat looks really fresh, and the crimson color of the meat looks delicious just by looking at it.

이제는 소고기를 안해서 고점이 살짝 아쉽긴 한데, 고퀄리티 생삼겹살 맛볼 수 있습니다.
이집에서 삼겹살 드시면 다른 곳에서 삼겹살 맛있게 드시기 힘들거예요.
함께 나오는 곁들임 반찬들 고기와의 궁합도 찰떡입니다.
특히 마지막 모든 반찬 다 넣고 볶아 주는 볶음밥♡
꼭꼭꼭 드세요.
(미역줄거리 많이 넣으세요~ 버터맛 납니다!!강추)
