배	배은주 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 사시사철 획일적인 일식당이나 기성제품 봉지 뜯어 데워주는 이자카야에 식상한 분들께 강추!!! 포스코 사거리 근처. 일인 주방이지만 매일 새벽시장을 돌고, 생선가시를 뽑으며, 직접 만든 제철음식만 고집하는 진솔한 주방장이 내놓는 요리는 확연히 다르다. 그런데도 감탄 가성비~~~ 비스트로를 연상시키는 인테리어에 와인과 우리 전통주, 맥주에 다양한 메뉴를 즐기는 미식탐험은 매우 즐겁기만하다! 특히 잘 숙성된 회와 오늘의 특선 메뉴를 눈여겨 볼 것^^ 점심엔 키친바락 오리지널 새우장 등 네다섯가지의 런치메뉴를 낸다. L	Loin Sir. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 회는 활어회라는 개인적인 취향을 깨트린 맛집! 여러번 갔는데, 대짜 회를 시키면 인원수 대로 나온다. 대략 10종류 이상의 회가 나오는데 두명이면 4점, 3명이면 3점씩! 싸울일이 없어서 좋다. 회가 조금씩 여러 종류 나오는데, 각 회의 특성을 살려서 정말 멋있게 숙성이 되어 있다. 친절하게 회에대해 설명해 주셔서 회를 몰라도 알고 먹을 수 있다. 매번 색다른 맛의 향연이 펼쳐진다. 갈때마다 조금씩 먹어보시라며 꿀호두나 모찌리도후 같은 것들을 서비스로 주시는데 괜찮다. 예약을 하면, 기억을 해주는 디테일도 좋다. 테이블 수가 적고, 크기도 작다. 음식이 느리게 나오는게 흠이라서 2-3인 정도 방문을 권한다.
