★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 면이 좀 가늘고 너무 불어서 나옴. 국물도 인스턴트 느낌.
The sides are a bit thin and come out too puffy. The soup feels instant.

메뉴가 이것저것 많지는 않고,
라멘 종류는 돈코츠라멘 하나와 탄탄면정도..??
그리고 돈부리..
이정도가 주요 메뉴인데
오히려 이것저것 메뉴 많은것보다는
소수의 메뉴에 집중한게 더 좋은 곳입니다.
그래서 그런지 각 메뉴 하나하나가 참 맛있습니다.
거기에 가라아게도 시켰는데
가라아게는 카레가루를 쓰시는건지
세지는 않고 은은한 카레향이 나서 더 맛있습니다!
굳이 단점을 찾으라면....
음식이 참 뜨거워서 주의해야한다정도....??
지극히 주관적이지만 단점이랄게 없네요!!

Rather than a lot of this and that menu
It's a better place to focus on a handful of menu items.
That's why each menu item is so delicious.
I also had karaage there.
Do you use curry powder for karaage?
It's not too strong and it has a mild curry flavor that makes it even more delicious!
If you're looking for flaws...
The food is very hot, so be careful...??
It's very subjective, but there's nothing wrong with it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 여기 라멘 메뉴는 2가지. 돈코츠 & 카라이탄탄멘. 솔직히 소유라멘을 기대하고 있었는데 없어서 별-1. 매장내는 평범한 일본라멘가게 같고 맛은 매우 좋았다. 보통 라멘에는 면이 보통 적게 들어있어 면 추가를 했는데, 그럴필요가 없었다. 너무 많았음. 정말 대식가가 아닌이상 일반 라멘 추천. 챠슈 1장 주는데 음.... 2장이었으면 더 좋지 않았을까? 아니면 토핑을 조금 늘려주세요... 고기 1장과 계란 반숙 반개가 끝... ( 돈코츠라멘 기준) 토핑부족으로 -1별.
There are two ramen menus here. Tonkotsu & Karaitan Tanmen. To be honest, I was looking forward to the Soyu Ramen, but I didn't have it, so star-1. The inside of the store is like an ordinary Japanese ramen shop, and the taste was very good. Usually ramen contains less noodles, so I added noodles, but there was no need for that. There were too many. Unless you're really a big eater, I recommend regular ramen. I'll give you 1 Chashu, but... Wouldn't it have been better if there were 2? Or, increase the toppings a bit... 1 piece of meat and half a half boiled egg... (Based on Tonkotsu Ramen) -1 star for lack of toppings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 뜨겁게 나온다는 평이 있는데 진짜루 처음에 면이 나왔을 때 너무 뜨겁습니다. 조금만 더 식혀주셔도 좋을 것 같은데 거의 뜨거운 국밥 턱밑까지 치고 올라올 정도로 뜨거웠던 것 같습니다. 일본에서 라멘이 대충 국밥포지션인걸 생각하면 그럴듯하기도 한데 막상 일본에서 라멘먹을 때 엄청 뜨겁다고 느낀적은 없었던 것 같기도 해서 적었습니다.
돈코츠라멘의 맛은 국물맛이 조금 연해서 느끼하지 않고 우리나라에 적당히 맞춘 느낌입니다. 달걀이 완숙 통달걀로 하나가 들어가있어서 이게 호불호가 좀 갈릴 수 있을 것 같다는 생각이 듭니다. 양은 보통, 숙주는 조금 적은감이 있습니다.
이 집 라멘의 포인트는 차슈입니다. 차슈에서 나는 불맛과 간이 훌륭해서 아...차슈 두장인게 너무 아쉽다 더 먹고싶다 하는 생각이 들었습니다. 차슈 덮밥까지 다음에 먹고 수정해보도록 하겠습니다. 일단 무난하게 3.5정도 드립니다
There are reviews that it comes out hot, but the noodles were really hot when they first came out. It might be good to cool it down a little more, but it seems that it was hot enough to almost hit the bottom of the chin of the hot soup. Considering that ramen is roughly the position of soup in Japan, it is plausible, but I wrote this because I don't think I've ever felt so hot when eating ramen in Japan.
The taste of Tonkotsu Ramen has a slightly mild broth, so it doesn't feel greasy. One egg is a hard-boiled whole egg, so I think it might be a bit different. The quantity is average, and there is a feeling that the host is slightly small.
The point of this house ramen is the chashu. The flavor and seasoning of the chashu is excellent, so it's a pity that it's two pieces of chashu. I wanted to eat more. I'll try to fix the chashu rice bowl next time. For now, I'll give you a 3.5
