2014年5月、17年9月に続き３度目の訪問。最盛期の８月なので期待大だったが正直言って前2回程の感動がありませんでした。
一言で言えば以前よりミノ(민어)の身の透明感がなく、食感もコリコリした新鮮さがない感じでした。
脂ののりも今一つで、前２回のような圧倒的な美味しさを感じませんでした。
今回撮った写真を以前のと比べると微妙な違いがある気がします。評価を大きく変える程ではありませんが、個人的には残念な気持ちが強く残りました。私の体調/口のせいでそう感じたのであればよいのですが･･

個人的に一番美味しい白身魚だと思うミノ(民魚、オオニベ)の専門店。安くはないが、酒のあてに絶好の付き合わせも充実しており、一度は行くべき!?お店。

The third visit following May 2014 and September 2017. Since it was August, it was a great expectation, but to be honest, I wasn't impressed about twice before.
In short, Mino (민어) has not been transparent, and the texture has never been fresh.
The oil paste is one more thing, and I didn't feel the overwhelming taste like the previous two times.
I feel that there are subtle differences between the photos I took this time and the previous ones. Although it was not enough to change the evaluation, personally, I was strongly disappointed. If it feels like that because of my physical condition / mouth,

A store specializing in Mino (local fish) that I think is the most delicious white fish. It's not cheap, but there are plenty of great matches for drinking, so you should go there once !?

재방문 또 하고 싶고요ㅎ
단 서빙하시는 분이 좀 사무적인(?)ㅋ 뭐 그런 딱딱한 느낌만 아니라면 더 좋았을것 같은데 말이죠ㅎ 암튼 좋았습니다~
(삼청동 골목길 안쪽이라 주차는 인근 비싼 유료 주차장 이용하시거나 좀 저렴한데 찾아서 걸어야해요)

양으로 먹던 사람들은 꽤나 실망할 듯
철푸덕 앉는 사랑방 같은 공간
직원과 분위기가 그닥 정감있지 않다
푸근하지 않고 오히려 살짝 거슬리는 면도 있다

민어를 목포에서 공수하여 신선한
민어요리를 제공하는 곳입니다
모두 국내산 식재료들을 사용하고
조미료를 사용하지 않는 곳입니다.
조리 시간이 다소 오래 걸립니다.
이 곳에는 특이하게 덕자찜과 조림이
있는데 덕자는 전라도 해안가 사투라로
큰병어를 말한다고 합니다.
음식들이 자극적이지 않고 좋은 식재료를
사용하지만 쉽게 찾을 수 없는 비싼 가격은
