Constantly amazed at how 할머니 has kept up with times and started speaking some English and they now have an English menu! Keep up with serving yummy homely dishes - hope to see you again next year!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks like a very popular local korean food that served varieties of Bibimbap. Ordered mussels bibimbap, bulgogi rice, korean seafood pancake .. tasted yummy. The pancake especially tasty and dipping into the sour and spicy sauce, really tasty. The mussel bibimbap tasted average but the bulgogi was really great. Small restaurant with traditional korean style sitting . Reasonable price but prepare to wait as it can be a long queue during the lunch or dinner time ...

Known for dishes with mussels, so I'd recommend one of the dishes with mussels.
The mixed rice with mussels is always good (hong op bibimbop). This is like bibimbop, but the rice isn't just steamed white rice - it's rice steamed with mussels, resulting in a nice hew of brown/orange with great flavor. They give you a large bowl with generous portions of fresh vegetables. Just toss in the bowl of steamed rice with mussels into the large bowl and mix, and you're all set.
Service is prompt and friendly.
With word spreading to tourists, don't be surprised with a long line during lunch or dinner hours, but well worth the wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably one of my favorite restaurants while visiting Seoul! Favorite dishes were the bulgulgi over rice and the scallion pancake. We also shared the main course, which included their famous rice with mussels. The place is small but very cozy with only 6 tables. You have to take your shoes off, and you will be sitting on the floor for this meal. Single unisex bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great restaurant serving mussels rice and a wonderful set meal with many banchans. love love love. reasonably priced, too. you sit at the traditional korean dining table on the floor with heated flooring. some of the staff speaks a little english. everything was good and great to try.
