★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 신대지구에서 가장 비싼곳....6억에 거래 되었다는 소문을 들었는데 아닐수도 있지만 참고로 이해가 안가는 곳이다. 물론 순천에서 최고의 아파트 단지중에 하나이지만 좀 많이 올랐다 인구와 경제력으로 본다면 절대 이곳은 매매가가 절대로 이해가 되질 않는다. 마치 사는 사람이 아파트값을 올리기 위해서 그런가 싶을정도이다. 그리고 주변으로 공장단지가 있는데 영향을 안준다 하지만 내 개인적인 생각이지만 안줄수가 없는 구조인듯 하다. 편서풍이라고 따지지지만 바람이 없을때에는 아마도 동그랗게 퍼지지 않나??
