It is the second tallest apartment complex in Yeosu. It looks like it will be a very good place when it is completed because it has a view of the sea and has many facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ А мне понравился комплекс. Сдача аппат 27.02.2019. Дома 101,102и 103 с шикарным видом на море, а именно с видом на яхтпаркинг в виде круга. Дома стоят к морю лицом и не перегородены другими домами. Остальные дома с 201 по 212, квартиры в них надо выбирать индивидуально. Так же есть с видом на часть моря, но в окна попадают и другие дома. Территория облагорожена. Все очень красиво сделано. В домах хорошее наполнение бытовой техникой именитых марок: Electrolux/ LG / Samsung. Рекомендую.
And I liked the complex. Delivery of the apatites on 27.02.2019. Houses 101,102 and 103 with a magnificent view of the sea, namely with a view of the yacht-park in the form of a circle. Houses are facing the sea and are not blocked by other houses. The remaining houses from 201 to 212, apartments in them must be chosen individually. There is also a view of the sea, but other houses also fall into the windows. The territory is refined. Everything is very nicely done. In the houses a good filling of household appliances of famous brands: Electrolux / LG / Samsung. Recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 여수 최고의 주거단지 + 비싼임대료 때문에 텅텅 비어있는 작고 촘촘한 1층 상가들.
하지만 가장 비싼 아파트란 자부심으로 살기에 옆 하수종말처리장의 냄새는 아직 그대로다.
The best residential complex in Yeosu + Small, compact first-floor shopping malls that are empty because of high rent.
However, since I live with the pride of being the most expensive apartment, the smell of the sewage treatment plant next door is still the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 상가가 많이 생겼으면 좋겠네요. 상가가 자주 바뀌는게 그만큼 지지력이 부족하다는 방증일텐데 그곳 사는 사람들을 위해서라도 좋은 상가 많이 들어오길 바래요
I wish there were more shops. The frequent change of shopping malls is proof that it lacks support, but I hope that many good shopping centers will come in for the people who live there.
