★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 주변에 편의점(미니스탑,CU,GS)있으며 여러 음식점과 카페, 뷰티샵, 세탁소등 여러 시설이 있습니다. 지하철은 도보 7분거리(센트럴파크역 인천1호선)에 있고, 버스 노선은 많지 않지만 강남으로 가는 직통버스가 있고 인천시티투어버스 스타트지점이 가깝습니다. 주차시설은 충분한 편이며 집위치에 따라 보이는 뷰가 다릅니다. 택배는 경비실에서 보관해주며 로비에 경비하시는 분이있습니다. 다만 시설면에서 하자가 있는집이 꽤 발생하고 있는 것으로 알고있어 입주하실 때 꼼꼼하게 확인하시길 바랍니다.
 There are convenience stores (Minstop, CU, GS) in the vicinity, and there are many restaurants, cafes, beauty shops, and laundry facilities. The subway is a 7-minute walk (Central Park Station Incheon Line 1). There are not many bus routes, but there is a direct bus to Gangnam and the Incheon City Tour Bus start point is nearby. Parking facilities are ample and the views are different depending on your location. The courier is kept in the security guard room and there is a guard in the lobby. However, I know that there are quite a few houses with defects in terms of facilities, so please check carefully when you move in.
