김	김용범 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 골목식당 필동편에서 나온 멸치국수집 자리옮기고 메뉴도 더 많아져서 느리게나온다. 맛은 여전히 괜찮다. 옮긴지 얼마되지않아서 손님들이 밖에서 기다리는데 시스템없이 없어서 불만이 나온다. 사장님이 밖에서 교통정리좀 해줬음 좋겠다. 아주머니도 예전처럼 장사하시면서 주방에서 국물이 뭐에 좋고 뭐하고 이런거 말씀해주시는데 안들린다. 그리고 예전에는 주방이랑 먹는자리가 가까워서 리필하거나 추가주문하는게 쉬웠는데 이젠 리필은 거의 불가능하다. Anchovy Noodles from the Alley Restaurant It's slower because there are more menus. The taste is still fine. Not long after moving, the customer waits outside and there is no system, so they complain. I hope the boss did some traffic cleaning outside. I can't hear you tell me what the broth is good for and what you're doing in the kitchen. And in the past, it was easy to refill or reorder because the kitchen and eating place were close, but now it's almost impossible to refill.
J	James Choi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 멸치를 아낌없이 사용해서 국물맛이 진하고 맛이 상당하다 자주가는데 아주 가끔 끝맛에서 쓴맛이 느껴져서 아쉽다(집에서 만들때 멸치×을 안떼어내고 너무 오래 우려냈을때 그 맛) 면 삶는 시간을 조금 줄여 쫄깃하게 했으면 하는 아쉬움 -추가- 직접만든 만두, 부담없고 국수와 곁들여 먹으니 잘 어울린다 The soup is rich and tastes substantial because of the generous use of anchovies. I go often, but it is a pity that the bitter taste is felt at the end very occasionally (when I do not remove the anchovy x when making it at home and it is brewed for too long) It is a pity to shorten the boiling time of noodles a little and make them chewy -Add- Homemade dumplings are not burdensome and go well with noodles
정	정모씨 (마구올라) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 충무로역 대한극장 바로 옆에 위치한 국수집. 양 많이 달라고 미리 말씀 드리면 많이 줍니다. 멸치국수 국물이 진하긴 한데 멸치 쓴맛이 느껴지고 약간 짰음. 그래도 가성비는 킹이라 별 3.5개 주고 싶은데 반올림이 안되니 4개 드립니다. A noodle restaurant located right next to Daehan Theater at Chungmuro Station. If you ask for a lot in advance, you will give it a lot. The anchovy noodle soup is thick, but the anchovy is bitter and slightly salty. Still, the cost performance is king, so I want to give 3.5 stars, but I can't round it up, so I'll give you 4.

S	Scene Mise en on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 골목식당을 시청하지는 않지만 유명하다고하여 들어가봄. 멸치국수 국물은 맑은데 꽤 얼큰하고 대파가 조금 들어가 있는 것이 특색. 다만 약간의 씁쓸한 맛이 있음. 면은 쫄깃하고 가격대비 양은 부족하지 않음. 해장에 좋을 듯. 매장 깔끔하고 1-2인 자리가 많음. 홀 사장님은 좀 투박하지만 주방 사장님은 친절함 ㅋㅋ I don't watch the alley restaurant, but I went in because it was famous. The anchovy noodle soup is clear, quite spicy, and has a little green onion in it. However, it has a slightly bitter taste. The noodles are chewy and the quantity is not lacking for the price. Seems like it would be good for a beach. The store is clean and there are plenty of seats for 1-2 people. The hall manager is a bit rough, but the kitchen manager is kind.
D	DONGHOI KIM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 사실 충무로역 에 있어서 그냥 들어간 집입니다. 골목식당 출연으로 유명해요! 잔치국수 맛이 진하기보다 내장 쓴맛이 강하고, 양은 적지 않습니다. 설연휴라 한가했습니다. 다른 체인국수점 보다 월등함은 전혀 없습니다. 개인적으로 소담국수나 특히 용국수 육수가 더 진하고 맛있습니다. 적당히 추울때 따뜻하게 한 끼 좋습니다. 찾아오는거는 비추구요! 면에 대한 자부심보다 그냥 옛날 스타일입니다. You can try it when you visit Chungmuro station. But not high recommends for good taste. In fact, it is a house that I just entered because it is at Chungmuro Station. It is famous for appearing in an alley restaurant! The taste of banquet noodles is stronger than the bitter taste of the intestines, and the quantity is not small. It was the Lunar New Year holiday. There is absolutely nothing superior to other chain noodle shops. Personally, I like Sodam Noodles, especially Yongguksu broth, which is thicker and tastier. It's good for a warm meal when it's moderately cold. It's raining to come! Rather than pride in cotton, it's just an old-fashioned style. Just normal Korean style noodle.
