One is located on the 4th floor of Lotte World Mall that I visited, and the other is on the 1st floor of Lotte World Adventure. After seeing the milk ice cream made from upper and lower ranch milk at the Paul Bassett store for the first time, there seems to be several companies. I was curious to find that quite a lot of competition in the milk industry is quite fierce. The store's interior theme seems to be cow. Black-and-white interiors feature cow-patterned mirrors. In addition to ice cream, the main menu, they also sell milkshakes, Greek yogurts, and coffee. As Lotte World Mall has a lot of floating population, it seems to aim to target various target groups. The ice cream cone shape is unusual, so I want to eat a cone and order it with a cup. I ordered milk and chocolate ice cream and the most basic Pasteur milkshake. Milk & Chocolate Ice Cream. It boasts a tighter pattern than conventional soft ice cream. The milk tasted better than expected. Compared to the existing milk ice cream, it seems quite noisy. But the unexpected milkshake was unexpected. The milk ice cream went to the blender with milk, and it felt cool and milky. Thick and dark style. I don't think I'm pushed by a burger milkshake. Recommended if you want something thirsty and less stuffy to eat ice cream. It's not enough to visit on purpose, but when you stop by Lotte World Mall, you can relax and eat it.
