★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel in Busan with great views of the harbor and Diamond bridge. The bar on the 30th floor is nice with great views. The Living Room restaurant on the 31st floor is Italian fine dining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minjung Lee and her team was magnificent! I planned to propose to my girl friend and the concierge team made our special night extraordinary. All the request I made prior to check in was nailed on the money. The room set up was exquisite and perfect. Minjung Lee had gone extra mile to pre set up the room for me to confirm the request of room set up. I did not expect her to do that at all. She innitiate it and send me the videos of different versions of room set up for me to choose from.
After the whole experience of the propery we felt blessed and treated like king and queen. It is absolutely the best hotel we have ever been and will be for sure.
Thank you for Minjung Lee and her team's dedication and effort. We truly appreciated it and Ms. Lee deserve all the credit on her hard work and warm action. I cannot speak high enough on her. She was simply the difference maker.
Thank you and we will be back again when we visit Busan next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel with fantastic views. The guest rooms are very spacious and luxurious. The bed is very comfortable and the hotel is very quiet. The staff is very professional and friendly and helpful. Everything is perfect except the elevators which are fast but too few. The wait is pretty long at times and when the elevator car finally arrives it might be full. The restaurants are excellent too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been there for a coffee break and the view from 33rd floor. Overviewing the seaside and the bridge for a while was interesting and relaxing. Kind of timeless stay in at a spot that was perfect to relax and to enjoy. The service was always attentive and sympathetic. Would love to come back for a longer stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed. Staff was very friendly and they were all speaking English very well. Food was amazing and there was a lot of choice. The room was very comfortable and totally noise proof. Totally worth the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this hotel. Floor to ceiling see-through glass window overlooking the view of yatch and great sea view.
There is a LCD flat screen television in the bathtub and rain shower innovation in the spacious bathroom.
Spacious walk-in wardrobe and luxury king size bed.
Have the indoor glass swimming pool and fitness centre has full range of new equipment .
Staffs were friendly and helpful. Will like to specially thanks to Angie for her recommendation and assistance.
Will be back again.
