김	김선민 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 갈비살은 맛있고 토시살은 담백합니다 고기의 수준이 미국산 최상급은 아니지만 그래도 비냉동이므로 준수한 맛을 내고 있습니다 갈비살은 그냥 구워 먹어도 좋습니다 토시살은 두꺼워서 미디엄레어 또는 레어로 드시면서 양파간장 절임 또는 쌈장 마늘쌈으로 드시면 고기의 풍미가 높아집니다 후식 비냉과 물냉도 좋습니다 물냉 육수가 시원하고 맛이 제법 좋아 식초 겨자 없어도 좋아요 비냉은 육수가 같이 섞여나오기 때문에 조금 아쉽습니다 따로나오면 좋겠다는 개인의 취향입니다 뭉티기 육회는 신선합니다 양념도 공산품을 쓰지않아 강하지 않고 슴슴합니다 그러나 따로 주는 김에 싸서 먹으면 풍미가 아주 좋습니다 마지막으로 숯이 예술입니다 커피나무 참숯을 쓴다고 하는데 잘못들은거 같은데 기름이 들어가도 숯불이 튀지 않습니다 The ribs are delicious and the tosi meat is light.
