★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped my car on March 15th, 2016 at Camp Kim (Seoul). Communication up to that point was ok. Car shipped 5 days later. I was given the Pasha website for tracking and began preparing for PCS.
I arrived in the U.S. and communication has been horrible since. I asked for basic info and was told that someone should be contacting me (sent emails 20 April and 22 April). I had to keep asking Mr Jung as no-one from Pasha contacted me, even though he stated they would in an email dated 20 April and 23 April. I finally sent an email today (27 April) with noticeable frustration and was given a contact email at Pasha.
I changed the dates of our family vacation due to a lack of information when the vehicle would arrive and the process for picking up the vehicle after arrival. Now, after the ship has docked, I am told it takes 3-5 days for the vehicle to be processed. This puts the pick up time during the rescheduled vacation. So now I have the choice of cancelling our family vacation or paying storage fees. This all could have been avoided with better communication. I can not recommend this business and have actually advised friends to avoid this firm based on experience.

He provided lots of additional information regarding country specific customs procedures. As a result, I am not able to use OPTIMOVING. I strongly recommend using this company.

Steve is an excellent manager and communicates very quickly and speaks really good English. Our shipment arrived safely and securely without any issues. Packing was done immaculate and packers were very efficient. Packing boxes were incredibly durable and none of our stuff was damaged or affected as a result of shipping. Movers on delivery day unpacked our furniture and listened to our request to where we want to keep the furniture. Communication was excellent throughout and pricing was transparent.
I would highly refer Optimoving for international move from South Korea to USA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first came across Steve when he visited my apartment in Suwon to give me a quote on a door to door service from South Korea to Vietnam. This was in May of 2019. They always say get 3 quotes before choosing which company you end up going with. Well I couldn't have been more impressed with Steve. The only company to arrive on time for the quote and then send it via email within two days. I cannot speak highly enough. Steve was very thorough and he was very professional. No question was too hard and I always received prompt replies. I did go with Optimoving International and all my worldly goods were professionally packaged and then moved to my new apartment in Vietnam. They arrived exactly when Steve said they would and customs was absolutely no problem as Optimoving completed all the necessary paper work. whilst in Asia I will be singing their praises from the highest mountain tops. If you are looking for a competent, professional and efficient company, this is the one to use. Thanks Steve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was moving to Seoul from a more rural part of southern Daegu and needed to quickly find a mover. Communication with Steve was easy and responses were fast. He asked for detailed information about the items I needed to be moved and, when I requested at the last minute to add in a few extra things (bedding and a few winter coats), he was able to accommodate with no additional fees! I had to be moved out by 10 AM and the driver was at my building by 9:45, if not earlier. I'm so happy and relieved I went with this moving company and I would definitely go to them again in the future.
