★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 장점 : 자차 이동 좋음. 아파트 상태 양호. 아파트와 고속도로 거리 있어 소음 양호, 바람 잘 불어 환기 좋음. 일출과 일몰시 풍경 괜찮음.
단점 : 주차 공간 부족_ 관리로 인해 2021년 5월 예전에 비해 개선됨, 층간 소음 들림. 주방 상대적 작음.
Pros: Good for traveling by car. Apartment in good condition. The apartment and the highway are far away, so the noise is good, the wind blows well and the ventilation is good. Good views at sunrise and sunset.
Cons: Lack of parking space_ Improvement compared to before in May 2021 due to management, noise between floors can be heard. The kitchen is relatively small.
