★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 최악. 방은 너무 작고 방음이 전혀 안됩니다. 복도형은 작은 소리도 너무 울리고 관리인도 불친절합니다. 공동 화장실 및 샤워실 사용도 복불복. 뜨거운물 나오는 시간만 나와요.
worst. The room is too small and no soundproofing at all. The hallway is too small to sound too loud and the management is unfriendly. Use common toilet and shower room. Only hot water comes out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 조금만 더 알아보고 결정할껄... 뭐가 그렇게 급하다고 여기를 들어와서.. 그래도 얼마 안 있으면 1년을 더 채워가네요. 정말 힘든 시간이었습니다. 싼값에 다시한번 군생활 한다 생각하고 들어왔는데, 군대보다 더 심하네요. 여기 사신 모든 분들 진짜 고생많으시고 수고 많으십니다..... 후
혹시나 하는 마음이 있으시다면, 처다도 보지 마시고 그냥 월세 50하는 원룸으로 가시는걸 추천합니다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location-wise, it is perfect. Just 2 min to subway less than a min to bus stop. There is market and restaurant in the entrance floor. There is a hair dresser in the second floor. Also there is a yoga place in b2. There is juice store, chicken place, recently closed Italian restaurant, even a telephone seller. If you are searching for a house that is close by to sinchon, student area(better than hongdae) this building is pretty awesome. Although deposit money is higher, rent is relatively good.
