★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 중개사 분들 처음에 친절한 것 같지만, 나중에 자신들 유리한 쪽으로 말 바꾸는 태도 심합니다. 집 하자 입주시에 꼼꼼히 촬영해놓으시고 관련 요구사항 있으면 즉각 말해놓으세요. 그리고 웬만하면 우정마샹스 오피스텔에는 입주하지 마세요. 겨울에 정말 춥고 가격대비 고시원보다 약간 나은 정도입니다.
Brokers seem kind at first, but they have a bad attitude later on in their favor. When you move in, take a picture of the house defect and tell me immediately if there are any related requirements. And if possible, do not move in to Woojung Mashang's officetel. It's really cold in winter, and it's slightly better than Goshiwon for the price.
