정	정은주 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 커피 정성껏 볶으시고~가게에 커피 볶는 곳이 차지하는 공간을 보면 사장님의 좋은 원두에 대한 정성을 느낄수 있어요 ㅋ 대충 볶은 커피의 특유의 탄맛 신맛이 안나는 밸런스가 아주 좋은 커피가 맛있어요! 자주 못가 아쉽지만 근처가면 꼭 들르는 곳입니다! 붐	붐씨life on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 인생카페 생겼습니다. 이곳이에요 5만원짜리 커피가 있다고 해서 궁금해서 가긴 했는데(물론 다른거 먹었지만) 사장님이 인상도 좋으시고, 커피에대한 이야기도 해주셨어요. 엄청 친절하세요 ㅎㅎ 간판이름처럼 정말 사람향기나는 그런 카페였어요. 프렌차이즈 카페처럼 커피 대충만들지 않고 정성들여서 천천~히 만드시는데, 그 정성이 느껴진달까요 커피맛도 훌륭했습니다. 각 원두별로 특색있는 맛을 내시구요. 다 마실때 쯤이면 에스프레소잔에 시음하라고 다른 커피도 내려서 서비스로 주시더라구요!! 강추강추! 대전에 사신다면 꼭 한번 가봐야 할 카페로 추천 드립니다. If you like a quality cup of coffee, this plce will satisfy you. The owner-roaster-barista is dedicated to provide a perfect hand drip coffee with expertly roasted coffee beans. He is like one of those artisans, who are pursuing perfection. He admits that he is still searching but getting closer. Try how different his coffee is from those of other specialty coffee shops. If you can’t tell the difference, it’s okay. Discovering coffee this good may be harmful since you won’t be able to enjoy any other coffee after you had it here.
