★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 특정시간이 되면 스탭이 있는데도 무조건 무인결제시스템을 이용해야 한다. 현금결제만 스탭이 해줌. 무인결제가 불편한 사람들도 무조건 이용하라고 강요.
무인 결제가 불편한 노인네나 아이들은 어떻게 이용하란 말인가?! 젊은 사람들 중에서도 해당 시스템을 이용이 어려운 사람들이 많다. 사용이 어려우니 한 명이 결제할 때까지 무작정 계속 기다리고, 스탭은 주문 들어올 때까지 놀고 있는 말도 안되는 상황이 펼쳐짐.
무조건 무인단말기에서 결제하라는 지침은 소비자의 불만을 증폭시키는 잘못된 정책. 그럼에도 불구하고 소비자가 불만을 토로하거나 무인결제의 어려움을 이야기하면 유연하게 유인 결제도 받아야 하는데, 지침이라는 이유로 오직 현금 결제만 유인결제를 받는다.
무인결제시스템은 특정 계층이 사용하질 못하는 큰 문제가 발생한다. 당장 시정하라. 공차.
이런 ㅈ같은 경우를 봤나!?

직원인지 아르바이트생인지 알 수 없으나 응대도 무뚝뚝 직원들끼리 서로 얘기하느라 바쁨 ㅎㅎ
그리고 밀크폼 추가하면 위에 말차파우더 올려주는지도 몰라서 내가 물어보면 완전 무시하듯이 말함..ㅠ 내가 어떻게 알아요... 거기 일도 안해봤는데. .
