상담사가 굉장히 불친절함. 말투에서 아니꼬운게 확 티남. 전화도 자기 할말 끝내고 나서 바로 끊어버림. 최악. 날짜 변경 원한다고 해서 말하려 했더니 말 끊고 상담사 마음대로 날짜 말하면서 그때 어떻냐고 하는데, 그 날 안되서 말하려 했더니 말 끊고, 불친절한 어투로 그래서 언제로 잡아드려요 라고 말함. 자기 할말만 하는 상담사라 대화가 안됨. 말하려고 하는데, 말을 끊어먹는데 어쩌라는건지. 지 입맛대로 말하려고함. 상담사가 성형외과 망하게 하려고 하는거 같음. 어쨌든 당일날 날짜 변경하는건 잘못한지라 계속 미안한 말투로 했는데, 마지막에 상담사가 날짜 변경해줬다하고 전화를 바로 끊어버림. 이건 뭐 친구도 아니고.. 다시 전화거니까 예약 도와주고 끊었다면서 변명하는데 뭘 잘못했는지도 모름. 그래서 짚어주니까 그때서야 죄송하다 하는데 그마저도 로봇어투 임. 원장님은 실력 있을지 모르나 상담사가 별로인건 확실함.
The counselor is very unkind. It's obvious that he's awkward in his way of speaking. He hangs up the phone right after he finishes his talk. worst. When I tried to say that I wanted to change the date, I ended up talking to the counselor and told the date what was going on, but when I tried to say it because it wasn't that day, I ended up talking and in an unkind tone, so I said when will I get you. I can’t talk because I’m a counselor who only speaks to me. I'm trying to talk, but I stop talking. I try to tell my taste. Looks like the counselor is trying to get the plastic surgeon to fail. Anyway, I was sorry to change the date on the same day, so I kept saying sorry, but at the end, I hung up the phone immediately saying that the counselor changed the date. This is not a friend.. I was calling again, so I made an excuse to help me with the reservation and hung up, but I don't know what I did wrong. So I'm sorry at that time because I pointed out, but even that is a robotic language. The director may be skilled, but it is clear that the counselor is not good.

너무 많은 환자 스케줄로 정작 수술할땐 성의없이 함. 정작 수술전 상담할때 환자 의견 제대로 반영안함. 수술후 얼굴 망함 .. 과도한 자신감... 리뷰 ㅂㄹㅋ 많이쓰시네...

얼마전부터 계속 여자친구가 입꼬리필러 하고 싶다고 엄청 징얼(?) 거려서 ㅋㅋㅋ징얼거렸다는 표현쓴거 걸리면 엄청 혼나겠지만...무튼 엄청 하고 싶어했거든요.. 주변에 성잘알 친구가 없어서 수소문끝에 여기 알게되서 여자친구랑 상담 같이 받으러갔다가 필러 맞았는데 진작 하라고 할걸 그랬어요ㅋㅋㅋ 병원 분위기도 괜찮고 데스크직원분들 친절하시더라고요 보통 성형외과 상담가면 제대로 안봐주고 사람취급 안해주는곳 많다고 들었는데 좀 의외였음

ㅇㅌㅂ 보고 방문했습니다. 원장선생님 너무 자신감 넘치는데.. 글쎄요 ; 무엇보다 환자 시간을 가벼이 여기시는 것 같아요. 일찍 도착했는데 1시간 이상 기다리게 해서 결국 그냥 나왔습니다. 30분 안팎으로 지연되는건 이해합니다만 이렇게 수용할 수 없을 정도로 예약 환자 받으시니 신뢰도가 떨어져 어떤 시술도 받고 싶지 않았어요. 별점 1개도 아까워요.
ㅇ ㅌㅂ Visited. Director, I'm so confident .. well; Most of all, I think you take lighter patient time. I arrived early and had to wait for more than an hour so I finally came out. I understand that there's a delay of about 30 minutes. You are so reserved that you cannot be accommodated. I didn't want to have any procedures because of my reliability. 1 star is a waste too.

난 7년에 2번 갔는데 - 2차 빼고. 2차합치면 4번. 다 레알 잘되었는데 지방했고. 관리도 초잘해줘서 계속 연락오고 챙겨주고 하심. 몇 년 후 또가서 또 지방한번 할거고.. 나 땜에 갔던 사람들도 다 만족들했고. 시술들 많이 하는 편인데 여기만큼 만족스러워 다시가는곳은 없었음.
I went twice in 7 years-minus the 2nd round. If the 2nd order is summed up, it is number 4. Everything went well, but it was fat. He was very good at managing, so he kept in touch and took care of him. After a few years, I'll go back and do local again.. All the people who went because of me were satisfied. I do a lot of procedures, but I was satisfied with this, so there was no place to go again.

원장님 상담 받고 믿음이 가서 바로 예약하고 수술까지 다 받았어요! 아차 수술은 심부볼하고 이중턱 같이 했고 수술 결과도 만족만족스러워요!!!!! 광대지흡도 하고 싶었는데 원장님이 그건 할 필요 없다고 단칼에... ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 실장님도 그렇고 수술방 언니들도 그렇고 다들 너무 잘해주셔서 편하게 수술 잘 받고 왔던 기억이에요 ㅋㅋ 다음엔 입꼬리필러 하러 가볼까봐요 ?

김형진원장님 수술실력에 대해 친구가 극찬을 해서 거의 끌려가다싶이 상담받았음. 사람들도 많고 대기도 긴 편이라 인기있는 성형외과라는 것을 느꼈음 상담시간은 짧았지만 핵심만 쏙쏙 말해줘서 더 물어볼 것이 없음. 상담실장도 친절한데 과잉진료가 1도 없음. 너무 쿨함. 하려면 하고 아니여도 괜찮다 친구가 무조건해야 한다고 했고 김형진원장과 실장들 보니 믿음이가서 수술예약함. 수술 직후부터 눈밑지방이 없어짐. 붓기과 멍도 없음.상담실장도 멍과 붓기가 너무 없어서 눈밑지방재배치에 적합한 환자라고 말함. 나도 그런것 같음. 사람들이 수술한지 못알아보는데 어려졌다고 함. 그래서 친구가 강력추천했구나 억지로 데려간 친구에게 삼겹살 사줌 눈밑지방재배치는 최고의 동안수술임.수술 후에도 티 안나고 만족도도 찐임

First of all, I work in medicine and the sciences, so I like to think that I’m pretty fair.. but my experience with this clinic brought me to write a significantly opinionated review for anyone considering their services. If you care at all about basic patient rights and privacy (or respect), please consult a different clinic. There are plenty of plastic surgeons in Korea. This place will make you feel like an object of money. During my first visit, there was so much pressure to proceed with the cosmetic procedures that day, even when I had clearly expressed the need for some time. I had to make up some silly excuse to leave that first day. The second time I visited, the receptionist made no eye contact while registering me. I had to check if she was talking to me directly. That's fine. I understand it's hard work. I get it. But then she proceeded to announce loudly in public the types of procedures I'll be doing that day. This rubbed me the wrong way for the following reasons : 1) At this point, I had not committed to a procedure and wanted a second consultation before doing the procedure...because you know, one's body and conditions can change over time? Shouldn't a doctor always do a preliminary check before diving into a procedure (updating medical history, etc)? 2) Patient privacy is violated by announcing private medical information in public. Furthermore, it is inappropriate to discuss financial matters in a public setting. In the next event, I was told to leave all my belongings in the lobby before being hurried into the procedure room. I clearly expressed my discomfort with this, but my concerns were completely disregarded as I was told that "we have CCTV, so it is all fine.." While that may be true, I felt uncomfortable and anxious while sitting in that tiny room. Once the doctor entered the room, I could tell that he wanted to get this over with, get done, and get out. I updated him on my medical history and he was quick to conclude that he "didn't want to proceed with any of the procedures because he felt that I was too burdensome and indecisive." Umm.. should I, the patient, be ambivalent before receiving the doctor's best medical advice? Also, while I appreciated the honesty, I did NOT like the tone or the attitude of this doctor. The entire clinic staff seemed to severely lack basic communication skills or bedside manner. I strongly urge this clinic to invest in educating the staff, physician included, about appropriate medical practices. When asked when I can return for the procedure, he simply said, "how should I know?" He strongly hinted that he didn't want to accept me as a patient. I was left very confused because he lacked a reasonable explanation. He then terminated the conversation and told me to leave. So, I did. Never have I been so belittled as a patient. I tried to reflect on anything I may have done to have caused such an aggressive attitude from this clinic, but I couldn't find anything. I was just a patient, asking questions and telling him information he would be interested in as a doctor. At this point, I question whether he is a doctor.. or is he just doing business? I'm sure some people will not find any of the aforementioned points a problem, but if you value respect and patient rights, I hope you find this review helpful.
