H	Hun sook Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 별 하나도 줄수없는곳입니다.직원시스템 엉망.직원들 불친절.1.수술예약을 하고난후 사정이 생겨 취소하게되었는데 환불을 직접내원해야 할수있다길래 출근도 미루고갔더니 한참기다리게하더니 전산이 뭐 문제있다고 직원끼리 우왕자왕.약1시간넘게소요.다른 상담코디?? 오더니 바로 계좌로 이체송금.순간 뭥미?? 일부러 시간내서 가서 기다린시간. 미안한내색 1도없는 직원들. 참고로 나도 개인병원의사임.시간이 돈임. 2.상담일자를 예약후 변경하러 전화하니, 직원왈 "상담일이 병원휴일인데요? 그날 왜잡았지??"상담일자는 본인들이 잡았는데 병원휴무일에 잡아놨더라고요. 그날 갔으면헛탕. 아무렇지않은듯전화끊는 직원. 의사실력이 아무리 좋으면 뭐하나요? 수술실밖 직원들이 이리 엉망이고 본인들이 의사인듯 목에힘주고 있는 직원들.갈때마다 기분 꽝! 이런곳에 나의 소중한 신체를맡길수없죠!! r	rainbow w on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1점도 아깝습니다. 일이 생겨 수술예약취소 해야하는데 직접 방문해야한다 해서 없는시간 내서 갔습니다. 갔더니 1시간 넘게 기다리는것은 기본이고 카드기에 이상생겨 취소가 안된다고 집에 가라고 하더군요. 그러면서 하는말이 전화로 취소후 연락주겠다고.. 그럼 처음부터 전화로 취소하지 왜 굳이 오라고 했는지... 답답하고 어이없는 일처리에 열이 받습니다. 동생 상담날짜도 이번 코로나 때문에 예약변경 하려했더니 애초에 상담 받은 날짜가 자기들 병원 휴진이라고 아이원 맞냐고 저한테 되려 뭐라하더군요;; 이렇게 생각없는 사람들이 일하는곳은 처음봤습니다. 아이원이 의사가 엄청난 실력을 가진건지 아닌지도 모르지만 이런식으로 고객들을 응대한다면 이 병원에 대해 알고싶지도 않습니다. 싹 다 갈아엎고 새로 뽑으시고 직원들 교육 잘 하시기 바랍니다.
