★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 한남동/강남대로(경부고속도로)와 종로를 잇는 터널이며, 새벽 안 밀릴 때는 종로2가에서 강남역사거리까지 15분 내에 갈 수 있으나 러시아워에는 매우 밀려서 터널 통과하는 데만 30분 이상 걸림. 어쨌든 서울 교통의 심장부. 혼잡통행료 내고서라도 여기를 통과하는 게 서울 도심지 시내주행하는 것보다 좋은지 그만큼 정체도 심하다.
It is a tunnel that connects Hannam-dong / Gangnam-daero (Gyeongbu Expressway) with Jongno. When it is not dawned, it can be reached within 15 minutes from Jongno 2-ga to Gangnam Station Intersection, but during the rush hour it takes more than 30 minutes to pass through the tunnel. Anyway, the heart of Seoul traffic. Even if you pay the congestion fee, passing through here is worse than driving downtown Seoul.
