★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 조선시대의 누각으로 충청북도 시도 유형문화재 제90호이다
정면3칸 측면 2각의 2층구조이다
목조기와 팔작지붕건물로 조4ㅓㄴ시대 청풍현 관아건물중 하나이다
낮은 1단으ㅏ 석측기단위에 덤1ㅓㅇ주초를 놓고 세운 2층누각 건축물인데 하층은 원주로하고 상층의 후면칸은 방형주를 전면칸은 원주를 세웠다
하층은 기둥사이에 토벽을 쳐서 창고등으로 사용한듯하다
공포양식음 익공계이며 가구형식은 1고주 5량으로 되어있는 홑처마 백골집이다
전면 7.38메타이고 측면은 3.95메타의 일자형 건물로
상층은 우물마루를 깔고 난간을 둘렀으며 동남측으로 3단의 목조계단을 두었다
역시 충주땜의 건설로 수몰될것을 이리로 옮겨졌다
