★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed my jersey ready for a morale event and I gave them 3 weeks to sew on my name and when I showed up to the store on the night it was supposed to be ready it wasn’t even started. I repeated to them I needed it by tomorrow morning and they said it was not possible.
Never will do business with them again. Broken promises despite long lead time!
