돼지고기와 파가 잔뜩 뒤섞여 나오는데 알싸한 맛 전혀 없는 달달한 대파와 고기를 초장에 찍어 먹는게 별미.
가격이 저렴하다고 할수는 없지만 조리되어 나온 잡내없고 연한 돼지고기와 파의 조합이 신선하다.
남은 고기와 김치+김을 넣어 볶아먹는 볶음밥도 별미.

돼지보쌈을 주문한다.
철판냄비같은것이 나온다.
띠용한다.
이것이 정녕 보쌈인가.
파와 고기가 어우러져서 나온다.
지글지글 볶은뒤 쌈과 장을 찍어 먹는다.
와우 존맛탱.
처음 보쌈주문에 메뉴가 나오면 당황을 하지만
먹으면 뭐 굳이 이걸 보쌈이니뭐니 따질 필요가 없다.
왜냐 맛잇으니까.
기름기가 없는 부위지만 전혀 퍽퍽하지 않다.
오히려 기름기가 없어 느끼하지 않아 더욱 좋다.
마무리는 한국인의 디저트 볶음밥은 필수다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 옛정취가 물씬 나는 곳이에요. 사람들이 좀 시끄럽지만 일찍가면 편히 부드러운 파와 쫄깃한 고기를 특별한 고추장에 찍어 먹는 호사를 누릴 수있지요. 후식으로 먹는 복음밥 누릉지도 별미 입니다.

파수육은 신기하긴 했으나 일반적인 삼겹살 수육의 느낌을 기대하면 안된다. 고기가 별로다…
실망감을 맛보고 곱창도 시켜보았는데 이것 역시 딱히 맛있다는 느낌을 못받음.
그래도 이 가게는 오래된 곳이니까 옛날에 이 곳에서의 추억을 가지고 있는 분들이라면 계속해서 방문할 것 같다. 새로 방문을 하는 사람들이 다시 갈까? 그건 잘 모르겠다.
