★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 갈 기회가 있을때마다 찾아가는 시장 맛집중 하나. 여기 순대는 말 그대로 흔히 볼수 있는 시장 순대입니다. 그런데 무서운 점(!!!)이 맛이 달라요. 한번 먹어보면 반하게 되는 맛입니다. 가격이 다소 비싼면은 있지만(1인분 5,500원) 정말 맛깔진 맛입니다. 사장님의 자부심 역시 다부지십니다. 20여년 이상 한곳에서 터를 잡아오셨고 이 순대를 어디 공장에서 가져오시는게 아니라 남편분과 직접 제조를 하신다는게 충분히 이해되는 맛. 머릿고기도 괜찮고 족발도 괜찮은데요. 국밥은 순대만큼은 아니라서 ㅎㅎ;; 개취인 점이 있으니까. 그래서 별은 하나 뺍니다.
One of the market restaurants that I visit whenever I have a chance to go. Sundae here is literally a common market Sundae. But the scary thing (!!!) tastes different. It is a taste that you will fall in love with once you try it. Some noodles are a bit expensive (5,500 won per serving), but they are really delicious. The boss's pride is also overwhelming. It's a taste that I fully understand that he has been in one place for more than 20 years, and that he does not bring this sundae from a factory, but manufactures it directly with his husband. The head meat is okay and the pork feet are okay. Because soup is not as good as Sundae ㅎㅎ;; It's because it's a bit different. So we subtract one star.
