★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022.4. 수원 동남보건대 입구 맞은편에 있는 아파트 단지. 아파트는 오래된 편이지만 교통 접근성이 좋고 단지내 분위기가 차분하며 조용한 편임. 지하 주차장이 있어 주차하기 무난하고 아파트 입구에 상가도 있어 나름 소소하게 살기 좋은 아파트임.

There is an underground parking lot, so parking is easy, and there is a shopping mall at the entrance of the apartment, so it is a good apartment to live in a small way.
