★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5년동안 살면서 지금도 정말 이사오길 잘 했다고 생각합니다. 주변에 학교도 다양하고 교통도 편리한 점에 반해 비교적 조용하고 아파트내 정원도 잘 관리되어 집이 참 포근합니다.
I lived for 5 years and I think I'm really good at moving. In contrast to the many schools around the city and the convenient transportation, the apartment is quiet and the garden is very well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020년 1월부터 거주 중인데, 구축인데도 만족스럽네요. 앞쪽 황새말 공원이 있어 아이들 데리고 놀기도 좋고. 164동 쪽 여기산 방향 전망이 좋아요. 그 동안 너무 빽빽한 밀집된 동네에서 살다가 와서 그런가 수원에 이런 동네가 있네 하며 사네요. 사당 나가는 버스도 집앞에 있고. 무엇보다 아직까지 집값이 쌈. 단지 고딩 있는 집은 학원가 형성이 안 돼 있어서 큰 대로를 건너야 한다는 게 단점 아닐까 싶은.
I have been living here since January 2020, and I am satisfied with the construction. There is a stork horse park in front, so it is good to play with children. The view in the direction of Mt. Yeogi from East 164 is good. I've been living in a very densely populated neighborhood for a while, and I've come here thinking that there is a neighborhood like this in Suwon. There is also a bus going to the shrine in front of the house. Above all, the house is still cheap. I think the only downside is that there is no school district in a house with high school students, so you have to cross a big road.
