★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - 백화점, 마트 : 망우역 인근에 코스트코, 홈플러스, 이마트가 밀집되어 있으며, 차로 이동하면 10분 정도 걸립니다. 구리방향으로 구리 롯데백화점이 있으면 15분 정도 걸립니다.
- 망우산 : 산책 및 가벼운 산보하기 좋습니다.
- 양원숲 : 캠핑장이 인근에 있으며 산책하기 좋습니다. 중랑구에서 운영하는 도서관이 있어 어린 자녀와 지내기 좋습니다.
- 양원역 : 천천히 걸어서 10분 정도 걸립니다.
- 신내역 : 아파트앞에서 버스타면 5분내 도착하며 신내역이 6호선 종착역이라서 지하철 앉아서 이용 가능합니다,
-Department Store, Mart: Costco, Homeplus, and E-Mart are concentrated near Mangwoo Station, and it takes about 10 minutes by car. If there is a Guri Lotte Department Store in the direction of Guri, it will take about 15 minutes.
-Mang umbrella: good for walking and light walking.
-Yangwon Forest: The campground is nearby and it is good for a walk. There is a library operated by Jungnang-gu, so it is good to stay with young children.
-Yangwon Station: It takes about 10 minutes on foot.
-Sinnae Station: If you take the bus in front of the apartment, it will arrive within 5 minutes.
