★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 남양주시 별내동에 위치한 874세대, 15동 규모의 30평대 세대로만 구성된 중규모의 아파트 단지이다. 2012년 12월 신안종합건설이 지은 단지로 브랜드 인지도는 높지 않으나 대부분의 세대가 남향이고 북쪽으로는 불암산을 조망할 수 있고 소쪽에는 실개천을 따라 산책로가 조성되어 있어 쾌적한 자연환경을 자랑한다. 이 단지의 장점은 평면의 구성에 있는데 4베이의 구성을 기본으로 하고 드레스룸이 거의 방하나의 크기 정도로 넓으며 현관 창고가 있어 물건정리에 용이하다.
