춘천사람 마음속에는 동네마다 남바완이 정해져있는데 이곳도 누군가에게 이 동네 남바완투는 하지 않을까요.

아이들은 손님이 아닌지 아이들에 놨던 상추도 물어보지도 않고 가져가 버리고 주인이 직접 홀에서 손님을 응대하면 보통 더 좋기 마련인데
본인이 편한대로 장사를 하시더군요

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 향토진미닭갈비는 춘천에서 숨은 맛집이다. 외지인들은 잘알지 못하고 지역민들이 추천하고 인정하는 그런 식당이다. 맛은 먹어보면 누구나 인정할수 밖에 없을것 같다. 외지에 가면 입에 맞는 식당을 찾는 것이 참 어렵다. 이름이 있다고 해서 다 맛있는 것은 아닌것 같다. 그러나 향토진미닭갈비는 잘 먹었다고 느낄수 있는 곳이다. 닭갈비를 먹고 난후에 볶아 먹는 밥은 또한 일품이다. 춘천의 기억을 오래 간직할수 있는 맛집이라고 본다.
