Lotte Mart is also a major discount retailer brand in Korea and it's really very very similar with Home Plus and E-mart. This mall is a tax free affiliate as well. if you buy something more than 30,000 won from this mall, it will be tax refund lass than 10 percent of purchasing amount. But you should bear in mind that you need passport to get tax refund.

If a visitor expect to pay 50-60% more on average for a normal shop of everyday items. If looking for western goods then premium can be 600% and more especially on cosmetics (if baggage and customs alllow, bring enough with you).
