★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is great as it is literally beside Lotte World. But the room is outdated and bathroom is dirty around the tub, not able to enjoy the basic room amenities. Insufficient powerPoints in the room, it's even a challenge trying to boil water for in-room coffee. No security requirements to go to the different floors of the hotel, the lift is free for all, making security a concern for single, ladies or travellers with kids. I'm not sure it's worth the money as a 5-star hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean place. Good value. Room larger than expected. Provides cell phone for the days you are here. You can use to navigate or call people restaurants, etc or people back in the States. Staff very accommodating. Very helpful. I would recommend and come back to this place. Everything is is technologically advanced and the hotel caters very much to the tourists! Great location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service overall. Views from the room are great. The rooms are a little dated. Location is good just next to the theme park and supermarket is a short walk away. There is a subway at the basement which makes it convenient to move around. KAL airport bus stop is located at one of the back doors. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is quite pricey but a very nice hotel. Even though the room itself wasn't as nice as the rest of the place. Very friendly staff and nice view of lotte world and very close to lotte world tower. Go online for a cheaper room and unlimited mini bar access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After years of debating to start reviewing, here is my first one! I stayed at the hotel about 1 month back and it was excellent. I felt the rooms could use an update to a more modern style. I think I was expecting modern and got classic instead. The location is excellent. You cross the road and you are at the mall and the tower. There is park as well with a lake. I wanted something a bit more modern so I moved across the street to Signiel at Lotte Tower. That will be my second review.
