Since I am staying here for long term, I have access to lounge every day for couple of hours with drinks and some food. That lounge is on 5th floor with an amazing view to Seokchon Lake, Jamsil tower and Lotte world mall. When I reached here it was almost fall, the view was beautiful and now winters are there and there is always some or other activity happening around in the area. The hotel is sweet enough to share information on those quite frequently. The staff is very approachable and very helpful in general. It's a lovely place to stay. Their gym and swimming pool is very nice too ☺

This is a fantastic hotel, with very kind staff, convenient amenities, luxurious service options, and great location. We have a great view of the Lotte Tower and the lake from our 1-bedroom serviced residence. For long-term guests, the reception organizes a complimentary social salon event with drinks and canapés every evening, which my wife totally loves. We are occasionally surprised by nice gestures such as a box of chocolates for the Lunar New Year. The operations team has taken utmost care for safety, especially given the Covid situation. Being so close to Jamsil station, it is very convenient to walk around or take public transport to see other places in the city. Overall, this is nothing short of a 5-star experience, which is why I give this rating!

Sumptuous meal with excellent services from the team, especially Vincent the hotel manager & Jeesu Nam in the restaurant. We really enjoy the meal & service from the team. They have went extra miles to give me the surprises for our anniversary!! High recommended!

I had booked it for my birthday in the first place but had to rebook 2 times because of Covid-19. it wasn’t a problem at all and they still remembered my birthday, a birthday cake was waiting for me in the room, so cute. Also the breakfast was absolutely fantastic.

The entire neighborhood around the hotel is Great with a shopping center as well as subway and park close by. The room are with incredible view and all amenities you expect from a 5*hotel. but One thing that i wish the hotel consider is upgrading the shampoo and conditioner. This is a personal preference tho. My wife was especially impressed by the general decoration of the room. The lake view was amazing. and we found the staff to be very warm and understanding. Staffs on Club Millesime, Concierge and bar are all very friendly. Thank you to the staff especially "Rachel" of Club lounge who made my stay a pleasant One brightened my travel. I had not experienced this kind of individual customer orientation in Korea before. Can't wait to go back.
