★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate LG phones. I will never buy another one. Service people were kind and friendly and LG makes many other great products such as air conditioners, laptops, and refrigerators. I had to come here three times for problems with the same phone. They didn't seem to want to fix the problem. Hmmmm. Almost as if they just wanted me to buy a new one. Fat chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful and kind. I had to fix my computer. They didn't speak English to me, so bring a friend if you don't speak some Korean. Also, their service was very quick. If you have an LG product, this service center is reliable. ^^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to replace battery in my LG phone. They said they can't do it because I bought the phone in the United States. It's an LG phone? They said I needed to send it to a a/s shop in Pyeongtaek. It will take 7 days and they won't tell me how much it will cost. They won't sell me a new battery, so that I can do it myself. Also they want a telephone number to call me. I don't have another telephone. They won't email me. It needs to be a telephone number. I have the feeling they just want me to buy a new phone. Everyone here is nice. Nobody speaks English. Which is fine for me, but if you don't, bring a friend that does to help.
