The plaza had plenty of parking but half were the stacking type so you might have to leave your keys in the car for them to move.
The place didn't have that Samsung clean feel. The elevator and the 4th floor just felt a bit run down or not well maintained. -0.5 stars
The technician was very nice and knew what he was doing.
Can't say the fix was cheap but that's to be expected.
