★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased the LG Stylo 3 from the Sprint store. My LG Stylo 3 phone was sitting in my air-conditioned house when all of a sudden it caught fire. Sprint and LG has refused to do anything to help with this problem, my son received burn marks all over his fingers, and his wrist. The customer service we received with LG has been horrible, we have been given the runaround. They refuse to replace my son's phone. The scary thing is, if my grandchild 3 years of age, was playing with the phone he would have been seriously burned. I highly reommend never getting Lg Stylo 3 Their customer service. is terrible. I purchased 4 phones only less than a year ago and all phones are working improperly. they drop calls. and all are cracked with broken screens. They promised he would handle this problem. It's been 48 hours and still nothing from them. please I beg you do not purchase the LG Stylo 3
